On Sunday 27th September at 7am we are moving our eAlthLTE server to a faster internet connection. The interruption to our service should only be for a couple of minutes (hopefully you all have a sleep in that day) but may be up to one hour. If there are an issues with access please call our friendly support team who are available 24/7.
We have had to change due to the disconnection of our existing service due to NBN changes. But we believe the speed will be quicker so it is a positive. We have also taken the opportunity to upgrade some of our back end hardware. This is initially for Argos Secure Messaging but later will be used for more integrations.
Please give us some feedback as to what you see the speed change to be. In our testing the system has been quicker and with the recent changes for V2 we have seen marked speed improvements.
We have completed this upgrade and had minimal disruption to the service (only a few seconds). Enjoy the new speed.
